Name of creator
William Wolfe was born circa 1889. He lived in Edmonton and worked as a taxidermist. He died in 1931, leaving behind his wife, and his children Ellen, Vera, and Hilton.
In 1970, J. Keizer of the Provincial Museum donated the material to the Provincial Archives of Alberta. It's unknown how J. Keizer obtained the material.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of materials pertaining to William Wolfe's career as a taxidermist and includes copies of photographs featuring taxidermied animals, newspaper clippings noted William Wolfe's professional contributions, and receipts. The fonds also includes a copy of his obituary.
