The series consists of some early documents (the 1918 Patent for the Stewart homestead on the S.E. 35-71-3- W6th; a 1929 tax receipt from the M.D. of Grande Prairie No. 739 with a $5.00 tax credit note for road-work done; and a Farmers Account Book from 1948 with some handwritten notes by Charles Stewart) and copies of documents from the Homestead File at the Provincial Archives, dating from 1913-1954. The bulk of the records are 1952-1993 and consist of tax records, legal documents, financial records (including costs of machinery), appraisal reports, and files on grain farming, Montadale sheep breeding, and mushroom growing. There are 46 photographs showing the farm as it changed from 1940 to [2000].
