He was musical, popular, a member of the Overseas Club, Agricultural Fair, and the West Athabasca School board. He joined the 49th Battalion of the Canadian Infantry, Alberta Regiment. He died during the Battle of the Somme.
Ernest Le Tousey Pelluet, 1889-1985, served in the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1918-1919. He married Blanche Winnifred ?, 1897-1951. He is buried in Edmonton.
Ralph Pelluet, 1892-May 25, 1917, immigrated to Canada with his brother in 1906. Ralph was the organist at the Athabasca Methodist Church. He went to Brazil and worked in a bank. He joined the 11th Battalion, Canadian Infantry, Central Ontario Regiment. He died during an air raid over his camp and is buried at Shorncliffe Military Cemetery, Kent.
Mamie (Pelluet) Patmore, (dates unknown), worked as a clerk for the Hudson's Bay Company. She was a French scholar. On Sept. 3, 1915, she married Percival Patmore, 1877-1964, manager of the transportation branch of the Hudson's Bay Company in Peace River. On May 20, 1916 they had a son, Alan Max Patmore. Alan died in 2011 in California. Apparently Mamie died later in childbirth.
Dixie (Pelluet) Hayes, 1897-1990, was an artist. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.Sc. She became a biology professor at Dalhousie University where she fought for fair pay and equality for female academics. Each year a bursary in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is given at Dalhousie University to honour Ron Hayes and Dixie Pelluet Hayes.
