The fonds consists of the by-laws, minutes, reports, membership lists, news clippings and newsletters from Chapter 16; articles on the history of the AARN in Alberta; publications from the AARN including Nursing Legislation, the 1989 Rainbow Report which detailed the provincial government’s vision for health care in the province, and a group of photographs illustrating the medical and nursing history of Grande Prairie.

The fonds consists of the minutes of the association (containing financial and annual reports) and yearly "history" records. History records reports and photographs detailing the clubs activities over each year.

The fonds consists of one scrapbook chronicling Welcome Wagon activities from 1965 to 1972 and containing membership lists, newsclippings, photographs, cards and letters from appreciative club members, meeting announcements, posters from fund-raisers, and correspondence regarding their involvement with the Peace School of Hope and the Patterning Project. A separate file contains Club Calendar announcements from 1970.

The fonds consist of Chapter Thirteen’s certificate of incorporation; minutes; history scrapbooks of both the prospective chapter from 1976 to 1979 and of Chapter 13 from 1980 to 1988 which include photographs of their events and singing competitions; and group portraits.

The fonds consists of minutes of annual and special meetings, financial statements, customer accounts and company accounts, and the material inventory upon dissolution of the company. Some publications from Alberta Government Telephones are included in the fonds, namely, the Rural Mutual Telephone Companies Act of 1963, the Articles of Association 1955, and "Planning the Line," a 30 page document showing how rural lines were to be layed, attached to poles and houses, and secured for safety.

The fonds consists of the rules and regulations of the Loggers’ Sports Association, programs of the yearly events, photographs, newsclippings and a video of the 1986 competition.

The fonds consists of executive and administrative records; subject files from both the Board of Trade and the later Chamber of Commerce; briefs, submissions and forums presented to various groups and government departments; project files from the time Grande Prairie achieved cityhood until the 90s; publications about the area produced or collected by the Board of Trade/Chamber of Commerce; reference files with news clippings and guest books that detail the history of the Board from 1914 on; information about associated organizations; and photograph and slide collections. The photograph collection mainly details progress in the Grande Prairie area from 1905 to 1980, and the activities of the Chamber after 1975. There is one reel to reel film, “Alberta on the North Side,” which was presented to the people of Northern Alberta on the occasion of the provincial cabinet meeting in Grande Prairie, October 17, 1972.
