General note

Studio portrait of the members of the Battle Lake Trio, who won the Wetaskiwin Talent Show. The group went on to win the Provincial Search for Talent Show in May and became known as the Western Swing Kids. In this picture, four children are shown; however, eight-year-old Raymond Wold did not participate in the competition, because he was too young. From left to right: Raymond Wold, Arman Wold, Jodie Freeman, and Victor Wold.
