Portrait photograph of C.S. Bear, (1881-1941) former Soldier Settlement Board Field Supervisor at Wetaskiwin. Bear came to Millet in 1928, intending to buy Mitchell's real estate business which had been destroyed by fire the previous year. He served overseas in WWI with the 2nd CMR and was wounded in 1915. He died in 1941.<br><br>
