President Shim Laskin of the Menorah Curling Club, and the first Ambassador of Israel to Canada, Michael Comay. "Curling has done a lot for the Jewish Community of Edmonton. Now, with our own rink, let this common understanding of good fellowships be a basis for further development toward this goal, of a perfect community.
