General note

Photograph of the Viscount Gort [far right] [John Vereker] and [his wife?] with their horses on route to the Columbia Icefields. Their expedition included a rest stop at Jonas Shoulder. The file level description had originally listed the party name as Lord and Lady Gorke and Mr. Amery [an advisor]; however upon further research it has been determined that it was Lord and Lady Gort. Lord actually being Viscount. Also discovered was that Gort divorced his wife in 1925 and that Amery's visit to the area was in 1929, so it is uncertain as to whether the woman in the photographs is the Viscount's wife
