Tom Innes was the political cartoonist for the Calgary Herald newspaper. Issue: After the egg industries' surpplus, a Calgary politician fears they will be put to use, being thrown at him and or other Civic Leaders. Civic elections are coming and are unpopular at best. With few believing any long term issues are being sought in the campaigning. Further more, public trustees voted themselves a pay increase, their second since three years ago at the last elections.<br><br>
