Tom Innes was the political cartoonist for the Calgary Herald newspaper. Issue: Minister of Agriculture Eugene Whelan trying to carve up American beef imports to Canada. Due to the presence of Diethylstilbestrol, the morning after pill, in American cows and the subsequent carcinogenic scares. The cows were labelled that they contained the chemical and could possibly get into Canada, if simply, the labels were removed.<br><br>
