Dance card for the 50th Anniversary celebration of Mr. & Mrs. Edward Hay at Lockport, Manitoba dated 1914. Edward Henry George Gunter Hay was the first MLA in the 1870 Manitoba parliament for St. Andrews South. He married Frances Gibson at St. Andrews, Manitoba in 1864.
1919 circular for the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews regarding a debenture issued for road construction. It includes a 1918 map of the municipality, which is on the west side of the Red River south of Lake Winnipeg.
The fonds consists of material relating to Mr. Logan’s career as an Alderman and as the Mayor of the City of Grande Prairie; his time with CUSO, and his association with the Grande Prairie Liberal Association. The fonds is organized in four series: City of Grande Prairie Alderman, Mayor of Grande Prairie, Canadian University Service Overseas, and Grande Prairie Liberal Association.
The fonds consists of photographs of I.V. Macklin as a high school graduate, a university graduate, in the U of T Glee Club, in Grande Prairie with his wife Nellie and Dr. & Mrs. Forbes, on the UFA Board of Directors, as a candidate for the CCF party, at an NDP convention, and as an elderly man at home. The written records consists of a 1910 U of T yearbook; a book of Alberta Cooperative Leaders; a booklet containing many of Macklin’s speeches and radio addresses, called Life is More Than Meat; and some newspaper articles about the life of I.V. Macklin written in 1971. An accrual included a Macklin historical record, "Macklin Road" by Kenneth Macklin.
The fonds consists of records relating to the operation of the Kleskun Hill Local No. 370 of the United Farmers of Alberta. The records include two Membership Roll, Cash Book, and Minute Books, loose receipts, loose correspondence, and related literature.
