The fonds consists mainly of administrative records created by the Canadian Federation of University Women, Edmonton. The fonds has been arranged into four series: Canadian Federation of University Women, Edmonton; Canadian Federation of University Women, Alberta Council; Canadian Federation of University Women, National; and International Federation of University Women. This arrangement is based on the record keeping practice of the Edmonton organization.
The fonds includes records created or collected by Yvonne Hébert, documenting her academic activities, commitments and interests. Also included are some personal and family records.
Fonds consists of the records created and kept by the Alberta Women’s Archives Association between 1989 and 2013. Records include materials related to the group’s outreach activities and special projects in women’s archival representation in Alberta; administrative documents relating to the governance of the Association and its members; financial records of the Association; and communications and publicity materials created by the Association.
The fonds contains research papers, lecture notes, research notes taken for his dissertation, papers from Tobias’ teaching career at Red Deer College, court case files from his time as a subject matter advisor, high school memorabilia, and recordings of lectures and presentations.
The records consist of one booklet, prepared by Dr. Patricia Valentine: "History of Undergraduate Awards in the University of Alberta Faculty of Nursing," which lists the awards, including title, value, number awarded, start date, conditions, donor(s), and history.
The collection consists of a program of the Mu Sigma Chapter of the International Honour Society of Nursing (1992) and a certificate awarded to Evelyn Henderson; and a calendar and application forms for the Royal Alexandra Hospital School of Nursing (1993-1994).
The fonds consists of 5 newsletters of the Student Nurse Association of Alberta (SNAA) and a history of the alumnae of the Alberta Hospital, Ponoka (1991).
The fonds consists of one student note book of C. D. Barton, containing summaries of three lectures, April 1-24, 1898. The minutes of one meeting of the Board of Agnes Presbyterian Church are included.
