It also includes a detailed genealogy of the Albers family and it holds a few family members' memoirs on World War II and farming life in Alberta. These memoirs were transcribed from audiotaped interviews not preserved by the family.

The article discusses an early Ukrainian explorer, Charles George Horetzky's, contribution to the settlement of Alberta.

The fonds also includes Grand Trunk Pacific Railway photographs of Jasper, including images of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's visit to Jasper in 1914, Angel Glacier, the sign at the summit of the Yellowhead Pass, an internment camp at Jasper, a horse-drawn wagon, Maligne Canyon, and Mount Edith Cavell.
