There are two postcards published by the Northern Transportation Company :whitefish from Lesser Slave Lake and a homestead on Lesser Slave Lake, a ferry at Athabasca Landing, and two photos of William and Wilhelmina (Becker) Koerner. Many of these records have been annotated by Eileen with her identifications and personal comments.

The collection consists of biographical sketches; Hays' speeches, newspaper columns and radio broadcasts; transcripts of interviews with and about Hays; two recorded Hays' speeches; Hays' outgoing letters, much of it written on his behalf by Peacock; Hays' campaign speeches and literature; and newsclippings and press releases about Hays' career. Includes extensive photographs of Hays, his family, ranch, livestock, Stampede breakfasts, and political activities.

Fonds consists of: Topic and family/individual research files on the settlements, homesteads, history, and lifeways of the inhabitants of the British Block Area, including but not limited to Bingville, East Springs, Bray Lake, New Holland, Carlstadt (Alderson), Box Springs, Tilley East area,etc. (some material pertaining to resettled areas such as Buffalo, Medicine Hat, and Redcliff).

Consists of compiled material such as photographs, slides and negatives, interviews, questionnaires, diaries and journals, biographies, family histories, anecdotes, and reminiscences, newspaper clippings, some legal/operational/administrative documents relating to settler's ventures, Ruth Daw's notes, correspondence, and rough drafts, as well as copies of research materials compiled from archives and government sources.

Irrigation Research Project (Lawrence Burns) collection

The collection consists of records extracted from the Alberta Water Resources Branch about irrigation in the drainage basins of the following: Bow River, Red Deer River, Milk River, South Saskatchewan River, Oldman River, Seven Persons River, Lodge River, Battle River, Many Islands Lake, Forty Mile Lake, Kindersley Lake, Pakowki Lake, McGregor Lake, Wild Horse Lake, Todd Creek, and the Great Sandhills. Also consists of extracts of House of Commons debates about the Robins Irrigation Company; a history of the Eastern Irrigation District and Western Irrigation District; 24 microfilms of general irrigation extracts from the Water Resources branch; and letters about irrigation to C.D. Richards, John Stewart and J.S. Dennis.
