The series consists of photographs and papers dealing with life on the Campbell’s homestead in Halcourt, Alberta: house plans, a tax receipt, lists of expenses and bills from local stores; and communications from A.H. Funnell regarding the sale of the property.
The series consists of records relating to the life of Isabel Campbell, daughter of Clyde Campbell and Myrle McGuire. It includes her baby book, historical writings, art work, correspondence, financial records from her home in Grande Prairie, reference material she collected, and memorial records when she died in 1998.
The sub-series consists of scrapbooks containing copies of Isabel's column in the Herald-Tribune from 1955-1997, and a finding aid she created to document the subject of those articles. The series includes a copy of "Grande Prairie, Capitol of the Peace", which Miss Campbell wrote in 1969; a letter from the University of Alberta regarding the publication of her father's letters as "Challenge of the Homestead"; and the guest book which she kept from 1989 to 1992, showing the number of people who visited her to request information about historical topics.
