The Archives General File is an artificial collection of accessions which do not constitute separate fonds or collections or cannot be placed within existing fonds or collections. Included in the collection are textual records of many types, such as manuscripts, reports, letters, diaries, speeches, poetry, plans and others; photographs in the form of prints, negatives, transparencies, albums, postcards, etc. sound recorded interviews and programmes; and motion pictures. Material pertains broadly to the Banff area and many other areas within the Archives collecting mandate. Everett Soop fonds

The fonds consists of cartoons drawn for publication in Kainai News (1968-1983)and two portrait photographs of Soop. The fonds also consists of records related to his Blood Tribal Council work (1982-1986), including Band Council minutes, band membership reports, financial statements, and committee records for the Constituion, Economic Development, Education, Health, Land, Public Works, Recreation and Parks, and Social Development Commmittees. Includes submissions and reports related to First Nations self-government and to amendments to the Indian Act to restore status to First Nations women who married non-natives.

She is wearing a fur coat, beaded gloves, and is holding snowshoes. This photograph was in a frame with two others, 2005.011.01 and 2005.011.03. The back of the frame said "Mrs. Anna Bredin - Twin Shacks, Bear Lake, Alberta, 1911, 2 Cree Indian Boys - For Grande Prairie Museum".
