DeBolt Beautification Society fonds
The fonds consists of records relating to the operation and activities of the DeBolt Beautification Society. The records include incorporation documents, annual reports, minutes, membership lists, grant records, tax records, two ledgers, financial records, correspondence, newsletters and events.
The records have been arranged by the Archivists by content and chronology into the various series. The Archivists imposed an over-all order while maintaining, as much as possible, the original order.
The records are divided into four series: Administrative Records, Financial Records, Correspondence, and Programs and Events.

1995 Grande Prairie Canada Winter Games Host Society fonds
The fonds consists of the planning records for the 1995 Canada Winter Games, held in Grande Prairie in February-March 1995, particularly those the Cultural Division, which planned the "Fire in the Sky" cultural productions.
