The fonds consist of Chapter Thirteen’s certificate of incorporation; minutes; history scrapbooks of both the prospective chapter from 1976 to 1979 and of Chapter 13 from 1980 to 1988 which include photographs of their events and singing competitions; and group portraits.

The fonds consists of a scrapbook containing news clippings and photographs documenting the formation and activities of the Business & Professional Women's Club of Grande Prairie from the initial meetings held in the fall of 1960 to 1972. Documents inserted within the pages include the program for Charter Night, The statement of purpose for the Canadian Federation in 1962, a proclamation from Mayor George Repka for Business Women's Week in 1962, a programme for the Careers Preview Afternoon at Montrose Junior High School in 1962, a copy of their 1966 resolution for better cervical cancer screening, a copy of their Day Care Centre survey questionnaire sent out in 1969, and a Programme Planner from the Canadian Federation for 1987-1988.
Business & Professional Women's Club of Grande Prairie
The fonds consists of records pertaining to the Beaverlodge Local of the Women of Unifarm from 1958-1980. They include minutes, financial records, correspondence, material from conventions, and pamphlets produced by the Women of Unifarm.
There was no discernable original order in the records when they arrived. Order was imposed in them by the archivist based on the content of the records.
The fonds consists of the minutes of the organization from 1963-2003; membership records from 1952-1995; financial records from 1974-2001; correspondence, mostly from Alberta-NWT Command and the Provincial Ladies Auxiliary; and printed materials from the Alberta-NWT Command, head office of the Royal Canadian Legion Women’s Auxiliaries. There are six photographs of the Legion Cenotaph dedication ceremony in Eaglesham. The photos were identified and formed into a poster by the Women’s Auxiliary to commemorate the event.
The Spirit Valley Women's Institute received a list of ten names of elderly and ill people in need in Lochgelly, Fife, Scotland from the Scottish Branch of the British Red Cross. After sending food parcels to the people on the list, they received several letters thanking them. Correpondents include: William Whyte, Margaret M. Scott, Mrs. I. I. Wilson, Mrs. M. Jennings, Jenny Whyte, Mrs. L. Greenhorn, and Mrs. (Hugh) L. MacDonald.
The fonds consists of a minute book which describes the activities of the group from October, 1943 - February, 1948, and includes membership lists and financial transactions. There are also two Cash Books from 1948-1958.
