The fonds consists of a 1976 university assignment on the Richmond Park District, photographs relating to the November 1994 launching of the history book "Reflections from across the River", and photographs of the February 1995 dog-sled postal run from Athabasca to Edmonton to commemorate Edmonton's bicentennial. There are also 9 photographs taken in 1992 of the Alberta Pacific Forest Industries mill site. There are photocopies of the Township Register for Twp 65 Range 21 and 22, and for Twps 66, 67 68 Range 22 stored in the oversize cabinet. There is a 7 page list of "Old Timers" with their date of arrival in Athabasca (possibly from the 1967 Canadian Centennial).

The fonds consists of materials created by Evelyn Rogers between 1940 and 1980. The fonds consists of Evelyn Rogers' membership certificates for various organizations and photographs of Athabasca and various events including: a tug-of-war at the Athabasca Fair in 1916; the executive of The Northern Alberta Baseball League - Jack Mackie, Jeff Edwards and Byron Bellamy; Fairhaven baseball team in 1946; Amber Valley baseball team in 1946; crowd in Athabasca Community Centre in [1955]; and 6 photos of the opening of the Athabasca Bridge in 1952 which include Byron Bellamy, Nick Doroshenko, Hon. Gordon Taylor, and Jean Baptiste Gambler. These 6 photographs were taken by Bob Preece's Photo Shop. The artifacts include: Hugo Carlson's pocket watch, Byron W. Bellamy's tie clip, a radio, a hat pin, and printing plates for the Athabasca Public Library. Two panoramic photographs are included in this fonds. One is of the United Farmers of Alberta at the 14th annual convention in Calgary, Jan.17, 1922. It measures 20x140cm. The other is a view of Strathcona Street, Athabasca, [1913] facing north. It was photographed by Voldeng and Bolton of 255 Jasper East, Edmonton and measures 21x169 cm.

The fonds consists of reprinted newspaper articles, a list of electors for 1938 and 1958, a few unidentified photocopied pictures and 10 photographs; also the booklet "Memoirs of the Official Opening of the Amber Valley Community Centre, June 28, 1975". The photos include: W.G. and Alice Cromwell, Columbus Bowen, Bob Jamerson, and Williams and Kinamore families. The booklet "Rural Women in Focus" was printed by the Amber Valley Community Association to celebrate the United Nations 1975 International Women's Year. Included is information on Lydia Williams, Marjorie Logan, Nancy Appleby, Amber Valley pioneer women, Athabasca Art Club, Martha Edwards and Palma Lennie. Two photographs from the Athabasca Archives collection include: Georgia Toles and an unknown woman. The map is a hand drawn Amber Valley Heritage Map, 1987, showing the present and former land owners in Township 66, Range 20, W4M. As well as the names of farm families, the map locates two stores, two post offices, the school and the cemetery. Records also include Friends of Obadiah Place documents pertaining to the historical designation of the site and letters of solicitation and support for the project. 20.27: correspondence, documents, digital photos and videos concerning reinstalling a Park Canada Historic Sites and Monuments plaque originally located on Hwy 55 and now relocated at the Amber Valley Cultural Centre.
