After graduating from Alberta College in Edmonton, Beth worked in Toronto at Dearborn Chemical Co. Ltd., Goodwin Harris Co. Ltd., and the Royal Muskoka Hotel near Rosseau, Ontario.

Road Gang

Road gang working on the roads leading down to the Peace River at Dunvegan. Road crews were usually made up from homesteaders in the area.

Cars Stuck In Muddy Highway

Many vehicles are mired in the mud on Highway 2 near Brainard, coming from Moberly Lake in Aug. 1959.
