The fonds consists of Kirkness family photographs and personal papers depicting their life and their impact on the development of the Edmonton and Peace River areas. Several of the personal documents belonged to Edith Heron.

The fonds consists of four photographs and two documents. The photographs are of Jack Crerar in 1924 and Doug Crerar ca. 1940, Bear Creek Bridge ca. 1915, and a Winter Carnival ca. 1924. The documents are a program for the “First Annual Banquet of Grande Prairie Conservative Association at the Empire Hotel Monday, January 17, 1916”; and a program for the “Third Annual Peace River Musical Festival on May 25 and 26, 1927 at Grande Prairie Alberta.” There is also a legal sheet of paper containing a short history of the Alexander and Sarah Crerar family produced ca. 2000.

The fonds consists of personal and professional materials created or collected by William Morrow, lawyer and judge in Alberta, the Northwest Territories and the Yukon and dates from 1939-1980. The fonds is as yet unprocessed but a preliminary analysis of the records reveals an autobiography, invitations, programs, menus, greeting cards, photograph albums, collection of journals, magazines, inquiry reports, newsletters, a wooden Northwest Territories plaque, woven bag bearing the initials "W.G.M.", hunting kit, knitted hat, and other materials relating to the career of the late Honourable William George Morrow.

Consists of the caveat, submissions, reference material, exhibit books, reasons for judgment, factums, case on appeal volumes, and the final ruling of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada relating to a landmark native land rights case involving the use of oral tradition in native cultures and tried by Justice William G. Morrow.
