Karl & Sophia Dolemo

Photograph on the Certificate of Identification to be attached to Naturalization Certificate for Karl and Sophia Dolemo when they returned to Norway for a visit in 1937-38. They went back to Canada aboard the Norweigen American Line on the last ship to leave Norway before it was invaded prior to WWII.

Engine #73 was purchased in 1927. In 1955 it made its last trip back to Edmonton with (left to right) Sam Jones, fireman; Francis Schenk, locomotive watchman; and Carl Gage, locomotive engineer.
