The fonds consists of material relating to Mr. Logan’s career as an Alderman and as the Mayor of the City of Grande Prairie; his time with CUSO, and his association with the Grande Prairie Liberal Association. The fonds is organized in four series: City of Grande Prairie Alderman, Mayor of Grande Prairie, Canadian University Service Overseas, and Grande Prairie Liberal Association.

Mr. Dwight Logan became an alderman for the City of Grande Prairie in 1983, and in 1986, the Mayor. He left that position in 1993 to candidate for the Provicial Liberals, but became Mayor again in 2006.
