The series consists of files relating to projects, events and fundraising which the Kinsmen undertook in their aim to serve the greatest needs in the community. Some of these include the Milk for Britain Campaign, the 1960 and 1982 conventions, Blood Donor clinics in cooperation with the Canadian Red Cross during the 1970s, Holiday lotteries and Car Awards, bingos and casinos, the Cystic Fibrosis Radiothon, the Christmas Tree Farm and the construction of the Kin Centre. There are also smaller, miscellaneous projects.

The series consists of Market Statistics produced by the Bureau of Broadcast Measurement from 1958-1979 which estimate the number of households tuned in to CFGP at any given hour of the day; in-depth Market Reports from 1960-1968 which analyse the population of the area; two financial reports from 1961 and 1988; correspondence files from 1969 to 1984; 4 photographs of early admin staff and a series of 16 photographs (also the slides and negatives) of administrative personnel in their offices in 1990.

Administration series

This series consists of minutes, financial statements, deposit books and cheque stubs, a designer’s plan [195-], and correspondence relating to the development and administration of Lake McGregor Memorial Park Association from 1953- 1970.

The hand-coloured Lake McGregor Park Plan, 86 cm x 72 cm, was designed by John FD Tanqueray of the Department of Municipal Affairs, City of Edmonton.
