F.W. Schenk

The series consists of 27 photographs of F.W. and Christine Schenk, trains, train personnel, and train accidents on the Northern Alberta Railway (NAR) line in the south Peace Country; copies of 15 documents, including a Pacific Great Eastern Railway Co. Pass for Christine Schenk, F.W. Schenk’s United Transportation Union Card, war registration papers and his exemption certificate from World War II; correspondence between Francis and Christine, life insurance documents, and newspaper clippings. This series is divided into three files: NAR (1917-1964), Newspaper Clippings (1939-1957), Correspondence (1931-1947).
