The fonds consists of the records generated and received by the Guild in the operation of their organization including meeting minutes, by-laws, financial reports, correspondence and other materials generated by the Guild Executive (1979-2007); photographs, negatives, and transparencies of various workshops, meetings, and events organized by the Guild (1978-2007); records relating to the Guilds' interactions with members, other craft organizations, and businesses (1980-2007); Newsletters produced by the Guild (1978-2007); and records and other materials from special events the Guild has organized or participated in including Alberta's 75th Anniversary and "A Decade of Quilting" the Guild's 20th Anniversary (1979-2007).
Fonds consists of published and unpublished literary works written by Parker as well as other personal records, including family photographs taken during the time of World War I.

(1974); "Behind the Stove"(1985); "Letters to a Friend" (199?); "Old Folks at Home A Book for the Aged and Those Who Care about Them" (197?); "Let Them Write Books An Introduction to Writing" (198?): "Little Poems for Little People" (1997); "Little Stories for Little People"(1965) most of these stories were read over the air on CKUA Radio on a weekly children's program under the direction of Tony Cashman as well as a five-part souvenir edition of the Edmonton Journal commemorating the Royal Visit of 1939 and the Edmonton Bulletin's May 7, 1945 Victory Day Edition.
The fonds consists of by-laws, Executive and Annual General Meetings minutes, newspaper clippings, financial records, correspondence and administrative records of the Edmonton Cine Club, of the Edmonton Movie and Photo Club and of the Edmonton Photo Club dating from 1938- 2009. The fonds also includes "The Floodlight", a newsletter the Edmonton Cine Club started, and that the Edmonton Movie and Photo Club and the Edmonton Photo Club maintained.
Fonds consists of drawings made by George Heath MacDonald during research for possible reconstruction of Fort Edmonton and the flyleaf from one of MacDonald's books. The drawings were made from old photographs, maps, pictures and floor plans and originally appeared in two books by MacDonald entitled Fort Augustus Edmonton and Edmonton Fort, House and Factory.
Fonds consists of records of the Edmonton architectural firm of Magoon and MacDonald including business correspondence regarding constrictions and modifications to various structures and office buildings; detailed specifications for 13 Edmonton and vicinity projects including hotels and private residences; and 20 architectural plans and drawings, primarily of churches in and around Edmonton.
Fonds consists of two scrapbooks with letters, clippings and photographs related to Pollard's family and travels, tour brochures and lists of photographs taken on foreign journeys, an essay on the Cardston Temple and magazines with Pollard's photographs. Fonds also consists of a photographic supply catalogue, a large number of photographs taken or collected by Pollard, cinefilms created by Pollard, two order books, lantern slides, correspondence, magazines and brochures.
Fonds consists of personal and business records generated by Brown including correspondence, financial records, research material, newspaper clippings and newspapers, periodicals, political pamphlets and articles written by Brown, published books, travel brochures, paintings and maps. It also consists of historical photographs collected by Brown that were taken by other photographers like C.W. Mathers, Boorne and May and by Ernest Brown himself. The fonds has been divided into the following series: Items regarding Boorne, May and Mathers; Personal and business papers; Political papers; Photographic studios' records; Pioneer Days Museum records; Personal writings; Notes and research material; Newspapers; Periodicals; Printed books; Travel brochures and directories; Photographic material; Maps; Paintings; and Time capsule. Many of these series have been further divided into sub-series.
