The collection consists of reminiscences and memorabilia from members who had enjoyed hostelling vacations in the Canadian Rockies and in Ontario in the 1940s and 1950s. Includes photographs from Peggy Love; written reminiscences from Violet and Joe Newell, Ken and Mary Jamieson, Tony Roberts, and Bill Tutte; recorded interviews with Willie Dougall, Kathleen McAdam, Vi Newell, Jack Poste, Muriel Poste, Peggy Love, Al Shaw, and Doug Stewart; a series of slides of hostelling in the Canadian Rockies by Ken Purvis accompanied by a recorded commentary; a few newsletters from affiliated hostelling associations; watercolours by Rod Sykes depicting the Dagmar Youth Hostel in the Toronto Region and the Happy Valley Hostel at Collingwood, Ontario; and the guest register of The Coach House Hostel in Woodstock, Ontario (1952-1954).

Russell exhibit at the Edmonton Art Gallery, a program on the opening of the "Midnight Stadium" and Rodeo of World Champions at Fort Macleod, an O'Hara Auctions Centennial Business Bulletin, an information pamphlet on the centennial conference on the History of the Canadian West, a Banff School of Fine Arts schedule, a Casbah restaurant advertisement, a brochure on the Avord Arms Apartments, and a poster for the RCMP Concert Band and Musical Ride. The collection also includes an Order of Service of the twenty-fifth anniversary services of Robertson Church, Edmonton dating from 1935.
