The fonds consists of correspondence, grant applications and follow-up, financial ledgers and cheque stubs, receipts, a “5 Year Master Plan” created in 1993 and publicity material, as well as a hand-drawn map (59cm x 53cm) of the Milo Recreation Area signed by Ian Thomson (undated), and one rubber stamp from Milo & District Recreation Board.

The series consists of the original petition presented to the Village of Milo requesting the establishment of a recreation board and a copy of the 1993 5-year plan, as well as advertising copy, area demographic information, a sample Fund Request form, and a "Milo Recreation Board" rubber stamp.
