The series consists of mementos belonging to various members of Ian Thomson’s family, including items from JM Thomson’s store, 4 books (R. Burns, S. Cameron, J. Hyslop, R. Service), school yearbooks, travel brochures, clippings and photos (some photocopies), as well as a brown leather (coin) purse, gifted to JM Thomson by his lawn bowling club before he emigrated.
