The fonds consists mainly of administrative records created by the Canadian Federation of University Women, Edmonton. The fonds has been arranged into four series: Canadian Federation of University Women, Edmonton; Canadian Federation of University Women, Alberta Council; Canadian Federation of University Women, National; and International Federation of University Women. This arrangement is based on the record keeping practice of the Edmonton organization.

The fonds consists of the records of farm and personal records of the Stewart family, musical scores belonging to the Mattoon family, Phyllis' career as a teacher, farmer, county councillor and member of the Conservative Party; and materials preserved and collected from Bezanson School District 3302. The photographs are mostly of school classes and events.

The fonds consists of lists of students registered at Sparling School over the years, historic (b/w; various sizes) photographs of the school and contemporary (coloured 5 x 7) photographs of the school reunion in 2003.

The fonds consists of photocopies of letters to his family, diaries (1913, 1915-1916, 1919-1922), and articles written the University of Alberta's Northern Review (1921). Fonds documents the governance functions and decisions of the Board of Governors of Mount Royal College. The fonds is arranged into three series which primarily contain meeting minutes from the Board of Governors, the Board of Trustees, and subcommittees and task forces that reported to the Board. Other records in the fonds include president and principal reports, agreements, proposals, statements of revenues and expenditures, auditor reports, correspondence, and documents relating to the transition to the Lincoln Park campus.

Collection mostly consists of professional portraits of sports teams, classes, and clubs at Mount Royal College.

The fonds consists of the original carbon copies of the minutes of Grande Prairie School District 2357 from January 29, 1911 to July 28, 1916. The minutes include motions, decisions, discussions, financial accounts, and election results.

This fonds consists of correspondence, brochures and pamphlets relating to James Finlay Falconer’s civic activities and historic events in early Edmonton and Alberta.
