The fonds consists of Alberta provincial business licenses dated 1941-1979 (not complete); Town of Athabasca business licenses dated 1978-2007; bicycle sales records for 1956-1958, 1963-1976; and account books for July, 1937 to December, 2002. The photographs include Nick and Nettie's wedding, their children Gail and David, their house, Lena Demchuk's 102 birthday party in 1996, and Elizabeth Sieminski (Demchuk). The artifacts are a small red plastic piggy bank labelled "Mike's Store", two oil paintings by Nick and Nettie Evasiuk, a pair of Sealtred plastic overshoes in their box, a pair of Trramps black leather laced boots in their box, a men's Monarch Knit hose box, and a tube of Ampollina Dye. There is also a book entitled "Athabasca and the world, environmental verses" by Nick Evasiuk, 1989 and a photograph of Nick and his friend, George Ryga, taken in Mexico in 1980.

The fonds consists of lists of Milo and area businesses, service providers and individuals, as well as organizational and draft material related to the operations of the Milo Welcome Wagon. Also included is a Sample Welcome Wagon Package, which consists of business cards, brochures, pens, pencils, notepads, a souvenir pin, and other promotional material from the Village of Milo and from area businesses and services. Some items (a honey comb, sample cosmetics) were removed for conservation reasons.

The fonds consists of textual and audiovisual materials related to Timothy James Video, the company, its client list, as well as commercial, wedding, industrial, and promotional videos.
The textual files consist of correspondence, notes, financial documents, contracts, catalogues, pamphlets, equipment specifications, rate cards, manuals, clippings, certificates, daybooks, ledgers, invoices, scripts, storyboards, research materials, graphics/logos and company information. These files form a comprehensive record for the entire period the company was in business.
Most of the videos are VHS release copies. They contain raw unedited field footage, production elements, sound effects, public domain music, finished edited productions, and sample or trade show compilations.
The audiotapes contain five commercials created by the company. The reels of 16mm film relate to two different commercials.
The wooden sign is hand lettered and bears the company name.

Postwar growth in Athabasca

Included topics on young men settling into community, Community Centre, G.G.Fowler, mink ranching, Joe Irwin, Frank Gleishman, gas and rural electrification, fire department, oil drilling, recreation, and Alaska Highway. People interviewed were Alice B. Donahue, Nick Ewasiuk, A. J. (Tony) Schinkinger, and R. D. (Bob) Richards.

Robert William Tannas Photograph Series

The series consists of photographs taken at town events, theatre productions, library/archives events, Remembrance Day services, Agricultural Society parades, Meanook Biological Station (Dominion Observatory), Edwin Parr Composite Community School graduations (1988, 1989), Alberta Pacific Environmental Impact Assessment Review Board meetings (1989), and four scrapbooks of clippings about Athabasca. Bob took photographs of the town's 75th anniversary proceedings. In 2009 Bob took 76 photographs of buildings in the Town of Athabasca and of the demolition of the Athabasca Community Centre. 2010 photos include the inside of the former and the new Buy-Low Foods store, and the demolition of the former store. Further donations include photos of potter Alfred Messerli, 1985 remodeling of Edwin Parr Composite High School, Calling River telegraph station, Pelican Settlement in 1979, 1973 Boyle High School Boys Curling team win provincials, Remembrance Day 2003, and author Holly (Holt) Kennedy.
