Biographical history

In the 1983, the Cairn Committee organized to determine the plot plan of the St. Albert Aboriginal Cemetery and acquire funding to donate a Cairn to dedicate to the patients of the Charles Camsell Hospital that were buried in the cemetery. Donald J. McBride and John Beedle consulted the gravesite and created a plot plan. On June 22, 1990, the Cairn Committee dedicated a Cairn to those who died in the hospital between 1946 and 1966
